Every published wall value on this site is a claim that two independent publications print the same value. If you have found one that we got wrong — a typo, a swapped column, a schedule that is not what the standard says — that is exactly the kind of message we want.

What happens to a correction

1. The value is compared with the sources listed on that page. If a third publication is needed, it is fetched and parsed — not typed from memory.
2. If the sources disagree, the value does not get "fixed" — it moves to the unverified list and the page says so. We would rather show a gap than pick a winner.
3. The data version changes when any published value changes, so an old screenshot and a new page can be told apart.

Other reasons to write

• A series you need that is not published yet (copper B88, CPVC, metric tube) — knowing which ones people actually look for decides what we verify next.
• Permission or reuse questions about the data: the published values are in the open JSON export; the standards documents themselves belong to ASME/ASTM/ISO.
• A source we should be checking against: name the publication and the table.

Channel status. The form above delivers: it is checked on the server (length, address format, whether the page you mention is actually published) and handed to our mail account. This site publishes noemail address on purpose — an address in the HTML is also an address in every scraper's database, and the form is a working channel, so the trade is not worth it. If JavaScript is off, the same form still posts normally.
